I tried this stuff called tempeh ( temp -A not temp-uh) made from fermented beans ( sounds disgusting, but is actually really tasty). Tempeh delivers 16 grams of fiber in a mere 4oz. I ate some for dinner on a whole wheat bun. It was really good.
