Green Hummus and Orange Carrots

Tonight Anthony and I made green hummus. We had a great time pushing the spinach into the hole in the Cuisinart and watching the pale beige goop turn green. ( visualize whirled peas)I ate it with carrot sticks and Ant used his fingers . It was really tasty but instead of 5 cloves of garlic next time I'm going with 3. It was a bit too garlicky.
